Before you make a payment you must know that we do charge a fee everytime you pay with a credit card it dosen't matter if you do it in person at any Talk Wireless location or if you do it online or by phone, everytime you use your credit card to pay your cell phone service we'll charge you a $2.00 fee. This fee has nothing to do with taxes or anything else.

Why we charge a fee?

Unfortunately the credit card companies charge us a percentage fee per every transaction we run through their network, so in order for us to keep our excelent prices, we pass that fee to you the customer, but remember we do not over charge you with bogus fees like some other competitors do, we only charge you what the credit card company fee is and that is all.

This type of payment is very convenient & simple because you don't have to leave the house to make a payment for your cell phone service, or maybe you come back late from work and you don't have the time to go directly to any of our locations to pay your bill. Paying online is the easiest way to do it, you can pay anytime from anywhere you have access to the internet. However, there are certain terms & conditions to this service and they are as follows:

  1. You must pay your bill at least 24hrs. before it's due date so you don't get disconnected.
  2. You will allow the Talk Wireless Team to process your payment witin 24hrs. from the time the order is received.
  3. Talk Wireless won't be responsible if a disconnetion occurs because you are paying your bill on the due date.
  4. If you make a payment online on the due date, and you get disconected, you will allow the Talk Wireless Team to process your payment within 24hrs. and reestablish your connection to the Simple Mobile Network.
  5. We do not charge reconnection fees at all.
  6. We do not charge late fees at all.
  7. If your service has been disconected for more that 30 days and you want to reconnect your service, we cannot help you here. You will need to go directly to any of our Talk Wireless locations so they can help you with your reactivation process. In this case you will have to repay the activation fee again and the first month of service.
  8. Once you have made your payment, you'll receive a receipt via email.
